Something not working, or a question the guide does not answer? Email [email protected] and a real person will read it. Pixel Rugby is made by Swipeglass LLC.
It helps enormously if you say which device you are on (iPhone, iPad, Apple TV or a web browser), what you were doing, and what happened instead. A screenshot is worth a paragraph.
Your progress is stored on the device you played on. There are no accounts and no sign-up, so nothing is tied to an email address or a username.
That means a new phone starts empty unless you bring your save across. Two ways to do that:
If your progress has vanished, the usual cause is browser site data being cleared, or playing in a private window. Neither is recoverable, which is the honest trade for a game that stores nothing about you on a server.
Pixel Rugby is free to play. One optional purchase unlocks Career, ranked matches, the full tournament set and iCloud sync. The Pacific and Caribbean cups stay free either way, so the free game includes two complete tournaments rather than a demo.
It is one purchase for all your Apple devices. Buy it on your phone and your iPad and Apple TV already have it, on the same Apple Account.
Already bought it and the game does not know? Open Settings, then the PRO tile, then Restore Purchases. If nothing is found, check you are signed in to the Apple Account you bought it with. If it still will not restore, email us with the date of purchase and we will sort it out.
Refunds are handled by Apple rather than by us, through reportaproblem.apple.com.
The game is fully translated into English, French and Spanish, and follows your device language on first launch. You can change it any time in Settings. Team and nation names stay in their own form rather than being translated.
Once the game has loaded, it works with no connection at all: on a plane, on the underground, anywhere. Nothing about a match needs a server.
Open Settings, then Delete All Data. That erases every save, score and preference on that device. It cannot be undone, and because we never had a copy, there is nothing for us to restore. See the privacy policy for what is stored and where.
Email [email protected]. Please include your device and, if you can, the steps that led to it. Bugs that come with steps get fixed first, simply because they can be reproduced.
