Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 21, 2026

Pixel Rugby is a free browser game made by Jorge Gonzalez Medina. This page explains what happens to your data when you play. The short version: there are no accounts, and the game does not collect personal information about you.

What's stored on your device

Your game progress and preferences are saved locally in your browser (using localStorage) and never leave your device. This includes things like:

You can erase all of it at any time from Settings, then Delete All Data inside the game, or by clearing your browser's site data. Nothing is sent to us, and once it is deleted it cannot be recovered.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand overall traffic, such as page views, referring sites, and general device type. It is privacy-first and cookieless: it does not set cookies, does not fingerprint your device, does not follow you across other websites, and does not collect personally identifiable information. You can read more in Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Cookies

Pixel Rugby does not use cookies. Game data is kept in localStorage, and the analytics described above are cookieless.

Hosting

The site is served as static files by GitHub Pages through the Cloudflare network. As with any website, these providers may process standard technical information (such as your IP address) in order to deliver pages and protect against abuse. That processing is governed by their own privacy policies (GitHub, Cloudflare).

Children

Pixel Rugby is family-friendly and safe for kids. Because the game collects no personal information from anyone, there is nothing collected from children either.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
